Andre Kellum is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He is a retired U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Senior Executive and has served in numerous domestic and international assignments over the course of a 34-year career. In his last DEA assignment, he was the Regional Director for the continent of Africa and as the Special Agent in Charge, he oversaw ten offices. In 2022, he was a recipient of the Meritorious Presidential Rank Award signed by the President of the United States. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University and Master of Arts degree from American Military University.

Over the course of his career, he worked domestically in Chicago, Illinois; Washington D.C.; and El Paso, Texas; and his foreign offices included Kingston, Jamaica; Lagos, Nigeria; Bangkok, Thailand; Rabat, Morocco; and Cape Town, South Africa. He also participated in and led some of the most impactful investigations in the history of the DEA. His career started in Chicago where he quickly became seasoned as an undercover agent and was successful in arresting a major drug kingpin.
